These clocks are made with hardwoods, chroma boards, and various "special effects" finishes using a number of different materials. These were three of six clocks made, with the other three being called "Polly, Molly and Dolly".
This order for bedside cupboards specified a paint finish, so MDF board was used throughout and they were supplied with a primer undercoat treatment only, for the customer to paint herself. The drawer knobs were Monograms, cut into solid Oak, with an Oil finish.
These clocks have a subsurface image of a sunburst using a high polish clear acrylic, and chroma board, suitable for wall hanging or free standing.
